Data controller

Data we process

  • Contact form: name, e-mail address, company (optional), subject and the content of the message you enter.
  • Anti-spam protection: the form script keeps, for at most one hour, a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address to limit abusive submissions. Your IP address is not stored in clear text.
  • Server logs: the hosting server automatically records technical connection data (IP address, date and time, requested pages, browser) to ensure the security and proper operation of the site.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering your contact or quote request, including pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Ensuring the security of the site and fighting spam and abuse (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Complying with our legal obligations, in particular accounting, if a service is agreed (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention period

Messages received through the form are kept for the time needed to handle your request, then for a maximum of 24 months if there is no follow-up. If a service is agreed, the necessary data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the statutory periods (in particular 7 years for accounting documents).

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to IT Graphic Media SRL and to the technical providers strictly necessary to operate the website and e-mail, including our hosting provider (OVH). It is neither sold nor transferred for commercial purposes.

Cookies, local storage and third-party services

This website does not use any cookies, analytics tools, external fonts or embedded third-party content. Your browser therefore sends no data to third-party services when you visit. Any links to social networks are simple links: no data is sent unless you click them.

By default, the website follows the light or dark theme of your device and stores nothing. If you use the light/dark button in the header, your choice ("light" or "dark") is saved in your browser’s local storage (key "igm-theme"), only so that your preference is remembered on your next visit. This information stays on your device: it is never sent to our servers or to third parties. You can erase it by switching back to your device’s theme with the same button, or by deleting the site data in your browser.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access and anti-spam protection on the form.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to the processing of, and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at ; we will reply within one month.
